Supports the County Judge in the administration of Criminal Justice Coordination Committee, meeting agenda preparation, reports, research and policy driven data analysis. Develops reports reflecting jail bookings, charges and usage and justice system policies and procedures: including ADC and ACC data as it pertains to Sebastian County. Researches and develops grants to support the criminal justice system, working with support agencies. Frequently interacts with members of the Criminal Justice Coordinating Committee, Jail and Sheriff’s Office staff and works closely with County IT staff

Minimum Entry Qualifications:
- Must be able to exercise considerable tact in working with various entities of state and local government.
- Ability to write reports, analyze data, speak publicly, and utilize computer software.
- College Degree and related management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- .Prefer experience supporting an administrative office working with a board or oversight group.
